Welcome to NationTask. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
To use certain features of the Application, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Service Pros are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of NationTask. NationTask does not supervise, direct, or control a Service Pro’s work. Service Pros are responsible for providing their own tools and materials unless otherwise agreed with the Customer. NationTask defines standardized service categories, request flows, and platform rules to ensure consistency and reliability, but does not control how services are physically performed.
Customers may cancel service requests via the Application. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time may result in a cancellation record on the user's profile. Since payments are made in cash on-site, refunds for completed work must be settled directly between the Customer and the Service Pro.
The Application provides real-time location tracking of Service Pros while they are "On The Way" to a job. This feature is provided for convenience and safety. Users agree not to misuse this data or use it for any purpose other than facilitating the scheduled service.

NationTask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Application or the services provided by Service Pros.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
